Hello again, friends, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at the Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards with your custom installation kit and LED lights. Now, these motorized running boards will lower automatically to create a pair of steps on each side of your vehicle. I'm gonna throw up a graphic down the screen, so you can kinda see what that looks like in action. The second step we'll deploy and retract when you open or close your door of the vehicle. Now, they do have built-in raised tread on these extruded aluminum parts, and that's to help you have grip and everything, but also, it's just one piece that's built in, you don't have to worry about changing out step pads and stuff in the future. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Westin Sure Grip Running Boards. Essentially, the weight on this guy is pretty sturdy. I'm confident (door banging) stepping onto it to step into the truck and out, putting my tire weight on it. Decent amount of space to get your foot on, feels really good as far as where it gives you to walk and does go all the way to the rear on your double cab model and still very sturdy going across. So very confident in that. So overall, really, really good step. more

Westin HDX Xtreme Nerf Bars Review- Video
Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the line of Westin HDX Xtreme Nerf Bars. These nerf bars are going to give you a much more aggressive look as you can see, than a traditional nerf bar. Traditional nerf bars will either have a round tube or an oval shape tube, whereas these will have lots of hard edges that give it a nice aggressive look on your truck. Regardless of what truck you're putting these on, I think they're gonna look really good, especially if your truck, like the one we have here, has a lot of black plastic on it, it blends in perfect with it. Now, when it comes to step size on these running boards, after all that is gonna be the most important feature about a set of nerf bars, is that this step, I have a size 13 boot, and these steps are absolutely massive. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the line of DeeZee NXt running boards. Now this is going to be something you're gonna wanna put in the vehicle fit guide here on etrailer.com, and that way you're getting the custom fit to your vehicle. And really it comes down to the fact that those brackets are going to be specifically for your vehicle to make it to a no drill installation, making the install quite a bit easier. Now adding running boards to your truck is kind of becoming a little bit more of a popular trend, as trucks overall have gotten a little bit taller and a little bit more ground clearance. And also we're seeing that there's a lot more quad cab and crew cab trucks, and it becomes the family hauler. Now, this is a custom fit part, it is designed to fit the 1998 to 2010 Mazda B Series Trucks and the 1998 to 2012 Ford Ranger Trucks, and on a custom fit part like this, I do recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this'll work for your application. Now, these are nice rugged square-edge steps that'll let you get into and out of your vehicle with ease. This part will include everything shown here on the table, comes with the two steps, comes with the four zinc-plated steel mounting brackets, the four cast M-brackets, and all the mounting hardware you need for installation, and a nice set of instructions. Now, these are nice, wide, deep steps that'll extend about two inches further from the truck than any other steps, and they do use a nice aggressive diamond tread surface, let me just zoom in to show you up close to that, and that surface will provide a nice sure footing, and then the polished chrome-like finish on it compliments almost any application. more

Westin R5 Modular Nerf Bars Review- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over the Westin R5 Wheel-to-Wheel Nerf Bars. So these are what our nerf bars are gonna look like installed here. So a couple things to point out, number one, they are black, but they're also available in silver as well. So the actual body of our nerf bars, that's actually gonna be made of metal and it has a black powder coated finish, which is really gonna look really nice, and it's also gonna help protect these from rust and corrosion. If you've ever had nerf bars on your truck for an extended period of time, you know that they can sometimes be subjected to rust due to just where they are and depending on what sort of climate you look in, so having a nice durable powder coated finish on there is really gonna keep these things looking new for time to come. So the actual step pads themselves are made of plastic, but one of the advantages to that is that they're actually very easy to replace if they ever get too worn or something should happen and they do break, so that's not necessarily a negative as you may think that metal is better, the plastic still does a great job. more

Today, we're gonna be taking a look at a pretty cool upgrade for your vehicle. These are the Aries Actiontrac Motorized Running Boards. So you're looking at motorized running boards. Well, you're definitely looking at the top tier when it comes to putting running boards on your vehicle, but what sets these apart, there's only a couple on our website but this one you're gonna have two different options. So whenever I'm just sitting here hanging around talking to my friends, we can use the top step, it is load bearing, so we can do this. This is gonna be great for putting stuff up on top of your roof, but then we have the other step which is extremely low, which is great if you kind of struggle to get in your vehicle or you just jack up your whole entire Bronco or whatever vehicle that you have on there, and this is gonna help you get in, but also load some of that cargo up just to enable your vehicle to do more. more
